Free Trial

If applicable, we offer a free trial period so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. Once the trial period ends and you are charged, refunds will only be issued under the conditions described below.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Annual Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal if you are unsatisfied with the Service.

After 14 days, refunds will not be issued for the remainder of the subscription term.

You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Exceptional Circumstances
